1st foodseg symposium in berlin attracted 90 experts.

The first FOODSEG Symposium was held in Berlin, Germany. Together with our host Freie Universität Berlin (Prof. Jürgen Zentek) the symposium at the Campus was quite successful.

The symposium promoted and communicated several EU FP7 projects in the field of food safety and presented the work and results of the FOODSEG working groups.

The symposium attracted more than 90 experts form the different fields along the food chain. Exchanges of know-how and research ideas showed a high relevance of food safety and quality within the European Union.
